This page allows registered and unregistered users to view and vote on pictures submitted to aPix contests.

The user must be logged in to see and interact with this page being displayed however unregistered users will have some capabilities. An unregistered user may view and vote on pictures however their vote will not be tallied or added to the DB. They may vote on a configurable (maybe 5?) amount of pictures in each contest category before they will be asked to join apix. To the inregistered user the content may seem fresh and may seem that they are voting on new content, however the pictures they will be voting on are the winners from each category from the previous month. Whereas the logged in members will be voting on fresh submissions and their votes will count toward the final voting outcome.

Contest Mosaic
There will be an instruction and a link to enter the contest if the user is a logged in member, unregistered users are locked out of this, they are sent to registration when clicked .

1. Pics
   1. displays the thumb size pic image (120x80px)
   2. hyperlinked to the actual pic to start voting
      1. opens a lay-over like this from the dojo-toolkit with this information
2. There will be 9-12 items displayed per a page but this should be configurable - one thing is certain is that each row will have 3 pics across
3. Pagination - pagination technique is TBD however there should be a way to page through the pics and be able to view the set of X the member is looking at ie 1-9 of 235
   1. If the user is in the lay-over mode and the last pic in the mosaic is being viewed and subsequently voted on or skipped, the next pic from the next page of pics will be displayed and underneath the lay-over the content/mosaic will display the next set of 9-12 pics

Button links to the winner's gallery for the contest being viewed - see that page for requirements. Unregistered users are locked out of this, they are sent to registration when clicked


Your Enrties
Only displays if the user is logged in. In this case the logged in user has no entries for this particular contest. See this page for requirements when there are entries.

1. Title - displays Your Entries: plus current Month and Year
2. Number of entries - displays the number of entries the logged in user has in the contest being looked at plus the contest name
3. Enter contest button/link - creates a pop-over with this information
