Introduction
This page only disoplays if the user's phone is not supported by the aPix client after the registration form is submitted.

Requirements
All items represented in the registration form from the previous page are stored in a DB. Along with the toggle represented on this page.

Message telling the user their phone is not supported - actual message TBD


The Form (Top to Bottom)
All form elements shuld be validated and stored in a separate Marketing DB.

  1. Toggle
    1. Notify (checked) - a mark will be added to the marketing DB
    2. Do not Notify (unchecked) - mark added to db to "do not call" column
